Your home for Black queer liberation technology

BLKOUT is the Black Queer Men's Liberation Collective. We host gatherings, build space for dialogue, and create community-owned technology for the health, wealth and happiness of Black gay, bi and trans men across the UK. Through local chapters, cooperative membership, creative events, shared learning, and digital media, we turn connection into individual well-being and collective power — owned by and accountable to the people we serve.

Straight talk: this calendar isn't yet the reliable, complete picture we want to give you — our regular events rhythm arrives from September. Until then we share what we find and verify, and promise only what we can keep — like the Annual Picnic, Sunday 16 August.

WELCOME TO THE BLKOUTUK BLOG

We created the BLKOUT_UK BLOG as a space for us to think, shout, show off, curse, celebrate, laugh, reflect and share. Our own space to hear and be heard, beyond the empty rhetoric of ‘representation’ or ‘clout’, Black queer men, if you’ve got something you want to say to other Black queer men, this is the platform!
